USA Shipping

We work hard to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receiving it.  During the holiday season orders can take 3 days to ship from our warehouse.  The average Priority Shipping transit time is 1-2 days.  The average Standard Shipping transit time is 3 days depending on your location.  We ship from Los Angeles, CA.  Shipping times are shown to give you an estimate of when you will get your gear in the continental USA, they are not guaranteed.

• Free Standard Shipping (under 15lbs) to US Armed Force Bases (APO & FPO)
• Shipping Rates: Standard $5, Priority $10

Canada Shipping

Orders will ship out from our warehouse within 24 hours.  The average shipping transit time in Canada is 10-12 days.

Your order may be subject to customs, import duties and local sales tax paid upon arrival.  Shipping fees are calculated at market rates, please proceed to the checkout to discover custom shipping rates.

Changes to Shipping Information
We get it - mistakes happen! When placing an order make sure to double check all of the shipping details. If an error happens, we will happily adjust your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Any request for changes after the 1-hour mark will be subject to shipping and restocking charges.

Shipping Inquiries

We want you to fully enjoy your 14er Tactical gear. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, they can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned products.
